Senator Rucker  moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 11, line 21, by striking out the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”;

On page 2, section 11, line 22, by striking out the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”;

On page 2, section 11, line 25, by striking out the word “or” and inserting in lieu thereof the word “and”;

And,

On page 4, section 11, lines 79 and 80, by striking out “agency’s proposed legislative rule followed the established requirements stated in §29A-3-11(a)(1)-(11) of this code” and inserting in lieu thereof “agency failed to comply with any requirement of §29A-3-11(a) of this code when submitting the proposed rule”.
